Kaitlin Colwell is a PhD student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is a Navy veteran, and instructor at the Nuclear Waste Treatment and Vitrification Plant in Richland, Washington. She has dedicated over 8 years to instruction and training management. She is a proud wife and mother of two, and when she’s not working or studying she can likely be found playing fetch with her giant yellow lab. Kaitlin truly believes you can turn your dreams into reality when you set your limiting beliefs aside, and start taking charge. In her experience, every single person has strength within them waiting to be unlocked.
